| THE GLAMOUR RETURNS Miss Indy has always been synonymous with the glamour and excitement of open wheel racing, and this year is no exception. Procon announces it will run Miss Indy to find an exciting model to represent Australia in the USA, at one of the Indy Car Series premier races - the Toyota Grand Prix of Long Beach in 2011. It will be staged throughout Australia and NZ with the Grand finals in Surfers Paradise during the week of the Supercarnival. FIRE UP! Dubbed ‘the world’s largest sports model search’, the 2010 Miss Indy will run in over 150 nights of promotion, with more than 2500 young women entering the competition. Big support comes from Rockstar, our official energy drink, Paradise Island Resort as official accommodation headquarters for Procon and it’s Support Team and Beach House who will play host to the Miss Indy Grand Final. Heats throughout Australia and New Zealand Heats and Finals will be held in over 30 venues throughout Australia and New Zealand from June to September. Each venue winner will spend a high-octane week on Queensland’s Gold Coast, staying at the picturesque Paradise Island Resort. They will attend official VIP functions, feature at media events and meet the who’s who of the racing world. If that isn’t enough, the young ladies undergo 4 judging sessions - Interview, Photographic, Swimwear, and Sportswear judging all culminating at the Grand Final at Beach House on Friday 22nd October. Swimwear - Sportswear - Personality! The contest is open to any single girl over the age of 18 on June 1st 2010, who will compete in her own sportswear and swimwear to their own choice of music and choreography. The judges are looking for a model who is like an Indycar" a head turner with a finely tuned body and a turbo charged personality". Miss Indy PARTY HQ Originally launched in 2008 and causing a stir for race goers looking for a fun venue filled with great glamour, the Miss Indy Party HQ returns in 2010 to be hosted by Beach House. This great party venue which is situated in the heart of Surfers Paradise, will be transformed into the Miss Indy Party HQ, a mecca of glamour, entertainment and fun events including the Official Miss Indy Swimwear Judging, Miss Indy Grand Final and RALPH Party Launch invite
